EN: ORIX Corporation USA (“ORIX USA”) and RB CAPITAL S.A. (“RB CAPITAL”) today announced that RB CAPITAL’s managing partners (“Partners”) have acquired ORIX USA’s interest in RB CAPITAL. The Partners have been leading RB CAPITAL since ORIX USA’s acquisition in 2016 and will continue to operate the asset management and capital markets businesses as an independent company. Financial terms were not disclosed.

(“RB CAPITAL”) anunciam nesta data que os sócios-executivos da RB CAPITAL (“Sócios”) adquiriram a participação acionária da ORIX USA na RB CAPITAL. Os Sócios têm administrado a RB CAPITAL desde a aquisição feita pela ORIX USA em 2016 e continuarão a operar as linhas de negócios de asset management e mercado de capitais como uma empresa independente. Os termos financeiros da transação não foram divulgados.
